If you've seen my Instagram Stories over the past two months you've probably noticed my daily 3 Good Things. I learned about this practice from Emily Gaines Demsky via my business mentor Molly
 
Emily has a simple practice: name, notice, & share 3 good things daily. She beautifully explains why this is such an impactful practice, acknowledges that it can be hard to do (especially the sharing part) and provides great reasons to do it anyways.
 
I'm really honored to have Emily as this month's guest speaker in Light 56 Circle. These events are typically only for Light 56 Circle members, but since Emily's message of good things is so needed right now, I'd love to open it up to everyone on my email list.
 
The 3 Good Things practice is a lovely complement to the Light 56 habit and confidence building approach. I've used it as the daily Anchor (A) for my current Light 56 Project, and I have to tell you that I love it so much!!! I'll continue to use it even after my 56 days end next week. But I think my favorite part is seeing other people start to share their 3 Good Things as well!
