Dear Sunday Sparker,

Happy 80th Independence day to my fellow Jordanian readers and Happy Eid!

After one of the most productive weeks of the year I am so ready to wind down in this upcoming holiday.

Highlights of the week:

During the Adha Eid holiday, the longest holiday of the year, my family and I are planning to visit a few places around the city. I personally plan to declutter and organize my winter/summer clothes and the kids' and also make some progress decluttering my bedroom. We will also study for final exams towards the end of the break.

What activities are you planning to do beside visiting family and friends? I like to know about local activities from RandsWorld Jo, join her community on Instagram.

P.S. Let's chat if you are considering hiring me to guide you towards your goals and positive habits in 1:1 sessions ( Two spots available for the month of June). Book your free discovery session to discuss your goals and we can start from there.

Here is your weekly dose of The Sunday Spark ⚡️a newsletter listing 3 sparks that I thought were worth starting your week with:

1.  ✍ Some journaling questions you might want to try this week: 10 Questions for People Who Are Too Hard on Themselves. I invite you to check out my pre-recorded rich 2.5-hour journaling course which I created because journaling is a tool that elevated my self-awareness and made my dreams come true. (The link was broken last week, thanks Marianna for notifying me.)

2. 🎙️ Have you heard? I am back to podcasting! I released the seventh episode for this season last week about Commitment and how to finish what we start! Listen on Apple Podcasts or YouTube. Your podcast reviews matter so much! I can't believe we are this close to episode 100.

 3. 💬 Quote of the week:

"When you realize that your Future Self is not that much different from your Present Self, it will be harder to fall into the trap of pushing off to Future You the responsibility for todayʼs challenging tasks."
