Important Rehearsal & Concert Update |

Dear Sinfonietta, Collegium & Camerata Parents and Members, We’re looking forward to the Momentum: WAYO Strings Concert on Sunday 14 June at the Taryn Fiebig Concert Hall, Churchlands Senior High School. |

Usual rehearsals this Saturday 13 June from 9am - 12pm at WAAPA Mt Lawley. |

- Sinfonietta: 9:50 – 10:20 AM
- Collegium: 10:30 – 11:00 AM
- Camerata: 11:10 - 11:40 AM
🕒 Arrive 15 minutes before your rehearsal time to tune and prepare. 🎻 Double basses, remember to bring your bass stool and rock stop. Cellos, remember to bring a rock stop. 🎒 Once your rehearsal is over, you may leave the venue. No one is permitted to remain onsite between rehearsals and concerts. 🎺 Large instruments (double bass, tuba, harp) may be stored at the venue. |

Please note: All patrons must exit the venue promptly after this concert so we can prepare for Concert #2. Tickets: $15 - $20 (unreserved seating) |

COLLEGIUM & SINFONIETTA Top: White
Bottom: Full-length black trousers or black skirt, black enclosed shoes, black socks or opaque tights. Please ensure concert attire meets our professional presentation standards. Short skirts, midriff tops, and spaghetti straps are not permitted. |

- Sign in at the entrance to rehearsal rooms on arrival at rehearsal, and again before the concert.
- Only playing members are permitted backstage into the warmup rooms. Parents may drop off and collect members in the foyer.
- All under-18 members must be collected within 10 minutes of the concert's conclusion. Members are not permitted to walk to cars unattended.
