I know, I know, it's been such a long time since I've checked in with you! I hope you're doing well. As you might remember, May is always a wild month in my house – two back-to-back birthdays, an anniversary, and, this year, we spiced it up with an overnight school trip immediately followed by a weeklong student theater production. Whirlwinds. 

 

Now that I have a chance to sit down for a few minutes and talk to you, I have some fun updates and some recommendations too. Before I forget, Hard Pressed is discounted in ebook this weekend!

First off: a permanent collection of Friendship, RI special editions! These paperbacks are available from your online bookseller of choice and all future Friendship titles will also have companion covers to match this style. Next up: The Santillians are all squished together in one cozy spot again, just the way Diana likes them! This collection features all the chaotic sibling shenanigans from The Magnolia Chronicles, Boss in the Bedsheets, and The Belle and the Beard. 

 

Available in ebook and Kindle Unlimited, in paperback (quite a girthy one), or audio for just about 30 hours of Santillian silly good times. As of this writing, the audio has not yet landed on Audible but it has hit other audio retailer and library sites, and trust that it will pop up on Audible any day now.

Finally, a few new recommendations. I haven't had much time for reading lately but I've really enjoyed these:

 

This Story Might Save Your Life by Tiffany Crum. I read in audio and I wouldn't have it any other way. The production is outstanding. Two really important notes. First, this is not a romance. It's shelved as romantic suspense and there's a wisp of romance running through but it's a tertiary plot line. Don't go in expecting romantic suspense. Second, LOTS of content warnings. Please engage in due diligence.

 

Ms. Renfield and the Inheritance Trap by Annika Martin. I love Annika Martin's books because they are just so fun and unexpected, and this series is no exception. It's a pretty standard setup of a woman who inherits a lifetime of servitude to a vampire and then bargains herself into an executive assistant-type position instead, and all the ensuing hijinks. A tale as old as time. Read is in KU!

 

I'm looking forward to Pippa Grant's newest release, You've Got Hate Mail, coming June 16. Can't wait for that one!
