Set up your morning coach this week (by the way, it doesn't need to be 6am). Here's exactly what you need:
What you'll need: Claude Pro ($20/month) and the Claude desktop app for Mac or Windows. Either Gmail or Outlook.
Step 1 — Install your connectors. Inside the Claude desktop app's Co-work tab, install connectors for your email and your calendar. Set all permissions to "always allow" so Claude can read your schedule and draft emails on your behalf.
Step 2 — Upload the skill. Download the ZIP file from the video [
HERE] and upload it into Claude's Skills menu.
Step 3 — Build your brain doc. Open the HTML setup wizard included in the ZIP file. Fill in your contact info, time zone, days off, sacred time blocks, how often you want to follow up with past clients, and any urgency keywords for your inbox. It generates a customized brain doc — copy it.
Step 4 — Create your project. In the Co-work tab, create a new project called "daily briefing" and paste your brain doc into the project instructions.
Step 5 — Test it. Run it manually first. In 2-3 minutes, Claude will drop a draft email into your actual drafts folder with your personalized daily briefing.
Step 6 — Schedule it. Set up a scheduled task in Co-work, link it to your daily briefing project, and set it to run at a certain time every morning.
That's it. One setup. Every morning, done.
You don't need a better morning routine. You need a better morning briefing.
