Gratitude can reveal things to us. Things we might not have been aware of…yet.

And like most things worth doing, it's a practice. The more we return to it, the more it opens up.

If you took last week's invitation and wrote down what you're grateful for, go back and look at your list. What themes are showing up? Nature, events, feelings, foods, objects… Those themes give you insights on you. Notice that. Build more of that in your life.

This week, think about the people in your life you're grateful for. Jot down some names. Then, for each one, write down why you are grateful for them. Be specific.

A Next Step
You probably already know what comes next. 😉

Reach out and tell them. Call, text, sing, shout, send a card. Whatever feels like you. Share the one specific thing that makes you grateful for them.

Then notice how you feel. That part matters too.

Stay Curious!
