We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary and 20th first-date-iversary this week, and are delighted to report that the much-talked-about 17-ingredient salad, aka Khao Yum, did not disappoint.  And Jeanie continued to be a perfect, sleepy princess. She got the requisite sunshine, praise, and bird flesh for her 14th birthday a couple of weeks ago (and every single day before and after.) |

Some of what we've been up to this week: - Updating a logo so that some of our favorite organizers can get some slick t-shirts made
- Catching up on photo editing
- Building out brand standards for a collaborative initiative
- Meeting with Leeann K Photography to finalize our brand photo selections. Side note: Have you been to The Soft Spot Coffee yet? That's where we met with Leeann, and this Sapphic-centered, sober, queer space is amazing. Good coffee, plus different areas set up for chilling, crafting, getting work done, plus a jar of dog biscuits by the door, means we're fans. Check it out, but don't forget about the wild and long Penn Avenue closure situation.

ANNOUNCEMENT We will be out of the office: Â Â Â June 3 - 6 Â Â Â July 17 Â Â Â July 28 - August 4 |

While we're out of the office June 3 - 6, we'll be attending the Celebrating Community collaborative conference hosted by the Glass Art Society, the Stained Glass Association of America, and the International Society of Glass Beadmakers in Corning, NY. If you're going, you can find us at the Wissmach Glass booth in the GAS Market, Sandra Bacchi's Lecmo, geeking out about our first visit to the Corning Museum of Glass galleries, hanging out with our Pittsburgh Glass Center friends at one of many amazing demonstrations, panel discussions, lectures, etc., or wandering around in search of gluten-free snacks. If you've been to Corning and have a recommendation for GF options, let us know!  And if you are not going, we'll be reachable via email, but may take a bit longer than usual to respond, what with all the aforementioned geeking out. Come to think of it, we may or may not show up in your inbox on Thursday as usual… |
