Summer’s crept up on us again. Can you feel it? Miami’s in her fiery, humid glory, and I’m counting the days until we leave for the North Carolina mountains.

Update time. I turned in The Outbox and I'm waiting on edits. With the free time, Bear and I took a river cruise through the most picturesque towns in Amsterdam and Germany. The book touches on complicated grief, and to raise awareness of the challenges so many of us face, I'm hosting an Instagram giveaway. I've made no secret of my struggles with mental health. Remember my earlier reference to screen time? This one's for the parents and grandparents. Today, Bear and I met with Charleston friends, and I finally got to see IRL the WYZLY app. Screen time is an issue across all ages, but the concept here is brilliant. And a ten-year-old is the president!
