💌 A GLOSSY NOTE
Hey Friends!

I have never believed that success is a solo journey.

Every business I have built, every goal I have reached, every moment I am proud of has had someone behind it. A mentor who told me the truth when I needed to hear it. A partner who stayed consistent when things got hard. A community that reminded me who I was when I started to forget.

Strong partnerships and support systems are everything because no one builds anything meaningful alone. Whether it is a family, a business, or a community, growth becomes a lot easier when people feel supported, understood, and challenged to become better. The right people around you can help you stay grounded during difficult times and push you toward your potential during good ones.

And I think we sometimes overcomplicate what support actually looks like. Sometimes it is encouragement. But other times it is accountability, consistency, or simply showing up. Meaningful support comes from being intentional, not just emotionally, but financially, mentally, and professionally as well.

That is something I take seriously in my own life and in my partnership with Support Your Girlfriends. When women are supported well, everything around them grows.

So this month, I want to leave you with something practical. Here is what showing up for the people in your corner can look like:
  • Give the people you care about your full attention without an agenda.
  • Communicate clearly because clarity is a form of respect.
  • Share your resources. A contact, an opportunity, a tool, or a piece of advice can change someone's trajectory.
  • Open doors and hold them. Make sure the people behind you can walk through too.
  • Consistently show up, not just in the highlight moments but in the ordinary ones as well.
  • Encourage the people around you to win in all areas.
None of us build anything meaningful alone. The right people make all the difference. This month, be that person for someone.

With respect and gratitude,
Anthony Williams

🌍 COMMUNITY PULSE

📍 STANDOUT MOMENT
We are still glowing from our inaugural Support Your Girlfriends Retreat in Barbados.

Twenty-seven women gathered for four nights and three days of connection, growth, laughter, and sisterhood. Together, we participated in impactful workshops, shared meaningful conversations, created lasting memories, and built the kind of relationships that extend far beyond a weekend away.

Despite what the world sometimes tells us, women can be friends. Real friends. The kind who cheer for one another, hold space for one another, laugh together, grow together, and walk alongside each other through every season of life.

That is the power of sisterhood. That is the power of community.
And that is the heart of Support Your Girlfriends. 💗

We can't wait for our next retreat! Details dropping soon….Stay tuned.

The New York Chapter is taking sisterhood on the move with a bike ride on Governors Island.

On Sunday, June 28, we will gather for the Full Circle Sisterhood Ride, a meaningful afternoon of movement, reflection, and connection. Take this opportunity to slow down, check in with yourself, and connect with other women in a setting that is both symbolic and inspiring.

If you are in the New York area, we would love for you to join us as we ride, reflect, and rise together. This event is open to members and non-members. Also, quick reminder: even if you're a member of our New Jersey or Atlanta chapters (and have been to the New York), you are welcome to attend.
