The September Member Monthly |
Part 1 is here: Master Your Empathic Gifts.✨ This month, we’re focusing on developing your ability to recognize what you’re sensing, understand where that information is coming from, and begin creating more choices around what you allow into your energetic field. The goal isn’t to shut down your sensitivity. It’s to become more confident in working with it. But before we get going… A Little Member Center Update ✨ I've made one small change to make The Member Center easier to use: the Member Menu now floats at the top right of every page on the site. So wherever you are, you'll have quick access to your Member Center, Member Journey, workshops, meditations, and other member resources without having to go searching for the login. Hopefully this makes getting back into your membership much easier! Now let’s dive into a few resources to support your journey: |
September 10: Uranus Retrograde + New Moon in Virgo This is a powerful time to slow down and notice the details of your inner experience. The New Moon in Virgo supports creating new practices and routines around your intuitive gifts, while Uranus retrograde can bring unexpected insights about how you experience and interpret energy. September 17: Chiron Retrograde Enters Aries Chiron moving retrograde into Aries can bring attention to old patterns around confidence, identity, and trusting yourself. For intuitive development, this is an opportunity to notice where you may still second-guess what you sense instead of trusting your own perception. September 22: Sun Enters Libra + Fall Equinox Libra brings our attention to balance and relationships, while the Equinox marks a natural point of energetic transition. This is a beautiful time to consider what relationships, environments, and forms of incoming energy actually support your sense of equilibrium… and which ones don’t. September 26: Full Moon in Aries (Harvest Moon) The Aries Full Moon brings an emphasis on independence, action, and trusting your own direction.
Consider where you are ready to stop looking outside yourself for confirmation and instead listen more closely to what your own intuitive senses are telling you. |

For this month's reading, I'm using the Druid Animal Oracle by Bill Worthington. We will be asking three questions specifically around developing and managing your clairsentient abilities. - 1. What should I avoid to protect my clairsentient gifts?
- 2. Where are my clairsentient gifts strongest now?
- 3. How do I best develop these abilities?
Inhale and exhale… perhaps light a candle… a let’s begin: |
1. What should I avoid to protect my clairsentient gifts? Horse: Goddess, Land/Travel, Speed, Life Cycle The horse asks you to pay attention to the tendency to move too quickly. Clairsentience can make you extremely aware of what is happening around you, and that awareness can create an urge to immediately respond, fix, move, change, or get away from whatever you are sensing. But not every sensation requires immediate action. The horse reminds you that your sensitivity is connected to movement and cycles. There are times to move forward and times to pause. Protecting your gifts may mean resisting the urge to immediately follow every feeling, every energetic shift, or every impulse to intervene right away. Instead, notice what you are sensing first. Give yourself enough space to determine: Is this mine? Is this something I need to respond to? Or am I simply noticing it? Your sensitivity becomes much more useful when you can experience information without automatically being pulled into action by it. |
2. Where are my clairsentient gifts strongest now? Goose: Vigilance, Parenthood, Productive Power, Family & Partnership, Grounded/Spiritual The goose points toward your relationships, your home environment, and the people closest to you as particularly strong areas for your clairsentient awareness. You may naturally notice subtle shifts in another person's mood, the atmosphere within a relationship, or changes in the energy of a familiar environment. There is also an important message here about vigilance without becoming hyper-vigilant. Your gift is not simply about detecting when something is wrong. Clairsentience can also tell you when something is supportive, safe, harmonious, loving, or aligned. The goose encourages you to recognize the productive side of this ability: Your sensitivity can help you understand relationships and environments more deeply, while keeping yourself grounded enough to remain connected to your own center. This is a good time to practice noticing what feels good just as carefully as you notice what feels uncomfortable. |
3. How do I best develop these abilities? Water Dragon: Passion, Depth, Connection The water dragon asks you to go deeper rather than simply trying to become more sensitive. There can be hidden memories, wishes, emotions, and intuitive information beneath the first sensation you experience. Your development comes from becoming curious about those deeper layers rather than immediately labeling a feeling as good, bad, yours, or someone else's. This card also brings together compassion and courage. Developing clairsentience requires the courage to feel what you feel without being afraid of the information that arises. At the same time, compassion allows you to remain open without becoming overwhelmed by what you perceive. You don't have to force your intuition open. Instead, develop a deeper relationship with the sensations you already experience. Ask yourself: What am I feeling? Where do I feel it in my body? What changes when I give this sensation my attention? Does this feeling belong to me, or am I sensing something outside of myself? The more familiar you become with your own energetic language, the easier it becomes to recognize when something is coming from outside of you. |
Oracle Takeaway Taken together, these three cards offer a simple message for your clairsentient development: You may not need to become more sensitive; you may need to become more discerning. The horse reminds you not to automatically act on everything you sense. And the goose reminds you that your sensitivity is useful not only for detecting what feels wrong, but also for recognizing what feels supportive and aligned. Finally, the water dragon encourages you to go deeper into your own energetic language so you can understand what your body and intuition are communicating. This month, practice pausing before responding, noticing before interpreting, and feeling before deciding. Your sensitivity is information. You get to decide what you do with it. |

Care of the Soul: A Guide for Cultivating Depth and Sacredness in Everyday Life Thomas Moore's Care of the Soul is a beautiful companion for this month's work because it encourages you to slow down, notice your inner experiences more deeply, and cultivate a more meaningful relationship with what you feel. Use it as an additional way to explore the themes we're working with this month and continue your practice between workshops. |
💫 In Part 1 We'll begin working with clairsentient awareness itself — learning to recognize incoming energy, distinguish different types of sensations, and become more conscious of what you're allowing into your energetic field. As you work through the material, remember: Knowing what you allow into your energy is part of your power. You don't have to become less sensitive. The goal is to become more selective, confident, and intentional with your sensitivity. |
