The Swell, my annual retreat, is officially open, and I'll be honest with you, it's already over 70% full.

I didn't choose the name casually. The Atlantic Ocean here in Halifax doesn't perform. It moves with depth and patience and direction. A swell builds far out at sea, quiet at first, easy to miss if you're not paying attention. Once it's in motion, it doesn't stop.

 

We are the women in midlife who are turning toward entrepreneurship more than any generation has before. We've lived a lot of life and already built things for others, our partners, our children, our bosses. We've carried so much and now we're building businesses, and we need time to reflect, strategize, and move forward. That's exactly what The Swell Retreat is for.

 

October 30 to November 3rd in Halifax, NS.

 

Five days with a group of women who are building real businesses and are done spinning their wheels. We work on your offer, your systems, your mindset, and your confidence on camera. You leave with professional photos, a plan, and people who actually get it.
