Hello Bridge Family!

 

Just over seven months ago we settled on our new church. 

 

This past week our contractor, Delran, finished the major renovations. 

 

This very morning twenty or so of our own congregation continued to shovel dirt, paint walls and clean bathrooms. 

 

And now in a less than 48 hours we'll hold our first Sunday worship service together. 

 

What a joy to see how God is blessing our congregation through this journey. We've labored side-by-side, given sacrificially, prayed over every detail, lamented the set backs, argued about colors, and reminded one another of the goodness of our God. 

 

It is good and right that our first exhale in this new journey to be rooted in a our new home will come as we gather together on Sunday to worship the name that is above every name. Jesus is Lord. I cannot wait.

This is America. We own a building. Which means…parking. Here's a practical way for us to love our new neighbors: park with care. The map below highlights two details. 

 

1) The blue line = four handicap parking spots near the church. 

 

2) The yellow square = our parking lot. A future project is to have the lot efficiently lined, but for now it's a bit of a free-for-all. Please try to maximize space. 
 

One final note. Most of the surrounding neighborhood is available for street parking if the lot is full. Please be particularly aware of not blocking our neighbors driveways. 

 

Listen, mistakes will be made. We're learn a bunch in our first months here. All will be another opportunity to love well.
