All ages can register for our Summer Reading 2026: Unearth a Story Challenge available in the Beanstack App. Download the app, type in “City of Casa Grande Public Library” and follow the login instructions.

Pick up your Sumnmer Reading Bookbags (one per family, while supplies last) at either library location. 

Set off on a library-wide hunt to discover all 7 pirate stickers and complete your map. Then swing by the front desk to claim your treasure!

Vista Grande Library: 1556 N. Arizola Rd.  

One prize per participant. June 15th-20th.

Bring the kids down to the Vista Grande Public Library, 1556 N. Arizola Rd. for a variety of video games and board games. Program meets weekly from 2- 4 pm. Parents are required for children under the age of 12.

Children ages 5 and up are invited to explore hands-on, nature-based activities at the Casa Grande Main Library, 449 N. Drylake St. this summer. Each session encourages curiosity about the natural world and supports learning through age-appropriate experiences. A parent or guardian must attend and participate with their child. Registration is not required.

June 17th at 2:00 p.m. This week: Caveman to the Rescue!

Teens, do you want to learn how to make your money last longer, save for the things you actually want, and avoid being broke all the time? Join us for real-life financial workshops designed for teens and young adults at the Vista Grande Library, 1556 N. Arizola Rd. June 18th from 1:00-2:00 p.m.

Learn how to:

*Budget without feeling restricted

*Spend smarter

*Build good money habits early

*Save for goals like a car, college, trips, or your future

 

Topics include Financial Wellness, Money Matters, Smart Spending, Saving & Budgeting Tips, and more.

 

Life gets expensive fast so learning money skills now can help you stress less later and prepare for your future.

Learn about AI! What is it, what software has it, and how you can use it in our Introduction to AI technology class on Thursday, June 25th from 2:30-4:30 p.m. at the Casa Grande Main Library, 449 N. Drylake St. Tell your friends and family! Ages 18+

Roll the dice on fun at Board Game Bonanza! Drop in for ever‑changing tabletop challenges, from brain‑bending puzzles to strategy showdowns and fast‑paced card games. Each week brings something new to master. Designed for ages 12–17, with games for groups of 4–6 players. Every Thursday in June from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Casa Grande Main Library, 449 D. Drylake St. 

Bring the kids down to the Vista Grande Public Library on Saturdays in June to put together a variety of puzzles!  Fun for all ages. And dont't forget! The Puzzle Swap is held on the first Saturday of the month from 10:00-11:00 a.m. too! Bring a puzzle. take a puzzle! All ages welcome!

 Join the Literati, the monthly book club at the Vista Grande Library! The Literati meets once a month, starting on Mondays from 11:30 a.m.to 12:30 p.m. Join in on our lively conversations! Ages 18+

NEW TRASH & SEWER BILLING SYSTEM - COMING JULY 6!

On July 6, 2026, the City is launching a NEW Utility Billing System for trash and sewer services. Designed for seamless access on any device, this new system will offer a secure, mobile-friendly experience with enhanced features and payment options to better serve you.

Are you a homeschooler? College student? Need Continuing Education Credit? Adult learner looking to gain more education…all for FREE? Try Universal Class through the Casa Grande Public Library. You have access to hundreds of online courses in an easy-to-use learning environment that promotes skill-building with verified achievements, all with your Casa Grande Public Library card. 

Want to learn about using your iPhone, getting library e-Books onto your Kindle device, or understanding social networks like Facebook or Instagram? Tutor Tech Time is a in-person, one-on-one hour long time for yo to learn about any technology you desire. Sign up today! (For ages 18+)

A FREE library program that offers adults a second chance at earning a high school diploma. Check it out today! 

Did you know both library locations have study rooms that you can reserve? Study Rooms can be reserved for up to two hours per day. You can reserve online, by phone, or in person.

Volunteers needed! The Central Lutheran Church Adult Community Education (ACE) Team offers general education tutoring and English as a second language (ESL) coaching. Volunteers work one-on-one or with small groups once or twice a week to help participants achieve personal development goals. If you would like to serve on the ACE Team, complete the VOLUNTEER INTEREST FORM available here:
