“Why this matters more than weight loss”
Hi Friend,

Last week, I shared something pretty personal about my experience with peptides, PCOS, cravings, and not feeling like myself anymore.

What struck me most was how many women knew exactly what I meant.

Not just because women related to the weight side of it. But also because so many related to the mental exhaustion. The constant effort. The food noise. The fighting yourself all day long. The pressure to hold it all together while quietly feeling disconnected inside your own body.

I want to stay here for a minute because I think this part matters more than most of us realize.

Also, a quick reminder from me. This conversation was never really about peptides.
It’s about support. Physical, emotional and mental support.

And the reality that so many of us have been trying to white-knuckle our way through midlife thinking we just need more discipline.

More discipline isn’t always the answer.

It might of got us here and yes it worked in the old version of us but now…it definitely doesn't in midlife.

Now our bodies, mind and hearts are asking (actually demanding) for something different.

Why This Matters

Because this is bigger than health.

It’s about the relationship we have with ourselves.

So many women are pushing through exhaustion, ignoring stress, overriding their bodies, using food/wine/ sugar or scrolling to cope living disconnected from themselves for years

And after a while, you stop asking:
“What do I need?”

You start asking:
“What can I get through?”

That shift changes everything.

What hit me most after the food noise quieted down wasn’t just physical relief.

It was realizing how much mental space I’d been losing for years.

Space that now gets to go toward:
- my energy
- my business goals
- my creativity
- my relationships
- my actual life

And yes I truly believe…
that’s what I think many women are honestly craving.

Not just weight loss.

The feeling of coming back to themselves again.
June Catalyst Prompt

This week, I want you to sit with this:

Where in your life are you still trying to push, force or manage your way through when what you really need is support?

What would support
look like there?

And how might your
life feel different if
you stopped doing
it all alone?
Three Micro Moves for June
Micro steps →
Support over self-management.

1. Take inventory

As you look ahead to your week, ask yourself:

"Where am I already feeling stretched before the week has even begun?" Just notice it.

2. Identify 1 area where you need support

A conversation. A boundary. A step.

What would make this week feel even 10% lighter?

3. Give yourself 1 thing before everyone else

Not after you've earned it or once everything is done.

This week, choose 1 thing that supports you and put it on the calendar first.
