Here's how it works:

Each two-hour session follows a simple, supportive structure:
- A brief settling-in practice to help you arrive, breathe and clear the mental clutter
- You'll share what you're working on so there is accountability from the start
- Cameras and audio off for 45 minutes of focused, distraction-free work on your own project or task (You’re welcome to leave your camera on if that works better for you)
- A short check-in to celebrate progress and set intentions for the next focused session
- Another 45 minutes of focused work
- A closing guided meditation to help you resettle and transition out of the session with intention
- A brief reflection and check-in to close the session
You'll leave with things actually ticked off your list and your nervous system intact. That's the goal.
