Body-Led Morning Women's Retreat on June 28 at 10 AM.
This retreat is centered around compassion, a theme that finds its way into almost every offering I facilitate. I truly believe compassion is the foundation for healing, growth, and lasting change.
Our first retreat was incredibly special and sweet. One woman shared that she felt her body flowing again, like a clear river moving downstream after feeling stuck for so long. There were beautiful releases, deep insights, nourishing conversation, and a delish meal shared together.
This is an invitation to step out of the mind and into the body.
To exhale… to soften.. to put it down somewhere…
To meet ALL parts of yourself with compassion.
With self-compassion comes common humanity.
The remembering that we are not alone in whatever we are moving through.
There is something deeply healing about gathering in community with women.
Being witnessed…seeing yourself in someone else's story.
Some parts of us heal simply through the experience
of feeling seen and understood.
The grip can begin to loosen. We stop fighting ourselves and create so so so much space for peace, presence, courage, gratitude, and joy.
