Who Let the Dogs Out?!

I'm thrilled to be one of the twenty area artists selected to paint a life-size Lab for the Service Dogs of Virginia fundraiser—a cause close to my heart. Fern is covered in hand-painted botanicals, birds, and butterflies and inspired by my late dog Ella and our walks through forest and field. Fern and her pack recently debuted at Oakencroft Winery. Next she will land with her sponsor - Scarpa - an upscale clothing store in Barracks Road Shopping Center, next to Anthropologie. She’ll be on view before the gala in October where you can bid at the auction and bring a dog home!

I’m excited to introduce TenRabbits—the new name for my Spoonflower shop, greeting cards, and other paper goods. Your favorite card designs, fabric patterns and paper goods will now live under TenRabbits, while workshops and fine art will remain under the Karen Eide Studios umbrella.
