Today was about more than introductions... it was about finally being in a room where everybody gets it. Five Realtor Mommas, all building something real, all ready to stop doing it alone. You time-blocked, you showed up mentally, you got HERE... and that alone tells me everything I need to know about the transformation ahead for you 💜

 

Everything you need will live in one place. Replays, resources, session notes... all of it is added to the Foundations Hub after each session so you never have to go hunting.

✅ Introductions all around: We got to know each other... five Realtor Mommas across Hawaii, Florida, Texas, and Washington, at different stages but all building toward the same thing: more time, better systems, and a business that actually works for their Family. Plus you got to meet Cecilia, Carol, and Larissa, the marketing team that keeps Tenacious Coaching and Epic Hawaii Homes running.

 

✅ How the program runs: Coaching calls every Monday, Tech Support Calls every other Thursday (first one is THIS Thursday), weekly modules dropping in the hub, and everything living in one central place inside Kajabi. No more digging through your email for replays.

 

✅ Hub walkthrough: We walked through the Kajabi dashboard and our Hub together so you know exactly where to find your session replays, your coaching session links, your resources, and the community group. The whole goal is one place, everything you need, always accessible even if you're on vacation with just a tablet.

 

✅ VA hiring updates: We went around the room and talked through where everyone is in the hiring process... Fiverr, Upwork, Facebook groups, Easy Virtual, and everything in between. You also heard real stories from Lisa and Kristen about what made the difference between their first hire and the RIGHT hire. So good.

 

✅ It's okay to start over: One of the biggest takeaways from the hiring conversation: if someone is not the right fit, letting them go is not failure. It's giving them the chance to find somewhere they truly thrive... and giving YOU the chance to find your real A player.

 

✅ Week 1 preview: Your first module is all about branding. You will watch Nicole's video, fill out the pink branding worksheet, and start building the North Star that EVERYTHING else in this program will be built on. This is not a worksheet to rush through. This is the foundation.

 

 

 

✅ Log into the hub and explore: Get into Kajabi and the Hub, join the community group, find your replays and resources, and make sure you know where everything lives. If anything is confusing, drop a question in the Kajabi chat or the Facebook group right away.

 

 

✅ Keep moving on your VA search: If you have not posted yet, post this week. If you have candidates, keep interviewing. Ask for work samples. Watch their videos. Do a second Zoom. Trust what you feel in the room with them.
