Your Claude Project Changes Everything ✨
Hey, First name /  there!
Today was Part 1 of your two-part Claude series... and we dove straight into one of the most powerful things you can build in your business right now. Your Claude project. When this is set up correctly, you will never have to re-explain your brand, your audience, or your voice again. Claude will already know. That is the whole point... to get the system working so you can stop repeating yourself and start creating faster 💜

✦ Our Foundations Hub

Everything you need will live in one place. Replays, resources, session notes... all of it is added to the Foundations Hub after each session so you never have to go hunting.

The Tech Support Call replay can be found on the Support Tech Calls page in your hub, and all the resources and prompts from today's session are on the Resources page.

Today we covered:

What a Claude project actually is: A project is a dedicated workspace inside Claude that holds persistent knowledge about you, your brand, and your audience... so every single chat inside that project already knows everything you have told it, without you having to explain it again.

Why it matters so much: Carol showed us the same caption prompt in a regular chat versus inside the Epic Hawaii Homes project... and the difference was immediate. The project version knew the voice, the formatting, the CTA structure, and even the capitalization rules without being asked. That is what a well-built project does.

What to gather before you build: Your best Instagram posts (10 to 15 screenshots work great), your pink branding sheet, client testimonials and stories, neighborhood guides, and any previous AI conversations that already know a lot about you. More material means a smarter project.

How to create your brand voice guide: Screenshot your best posts, pull them into a PDF, and ask Claude to write a detailed brand voice guide from them, including your tone, the words you use naturally, what to avoid, and how you structure your captions. Carol also introduced Prompt Cowboy, a free tool that turns a simple prompt into a much more detailed one for better results. The link will be on the Resources page in your hub.

Your five project instruction sections: Every strong project starts with five things... who you are, your audience, your brand voice rules, your formatting rules, and your content pillars. The more specific you are in each section, the better Claude performs. Your pink branding sheet covers most of this already.

Project knowledge and chat organization: Your project knowledge is where you upload your guides, reports, testimonials, and neighborhood content. And organizing your chats matters... one chat per content type, one chat per listing, no mixing topics. This is what keeps Claude accurate and keeps your workspace clean.

🏠 Homework:

Complete your project instructions: Fill in all five sections. Start with your pink branding sheet... it covers most of what you need. If you want a different approach, ask Claude to interview you and answer its questions one at a time.

Upload at least three knowledge documents: Aim for your brand voice guide, your branding doc, and at least one neighborhood guide. The more you upload, the better your project performs.

Organize your chat workspace: Create dedicated chats for carousels, Reels, and emails. If you have a listing right now, start a chat for it and upload everything you know about it.

Use your project this week: Do not wait for Part 2 to start. Use it, test it, see what it gives you. Come to the next tech call ready to share what you noticed.

Part 2 is on July 2nd
