✨ Today we covered:
✅ What a Claude project actually is: A project is a dedicated workspace inside Claude that holds persistent knowledge about you, your brand, and your audience... so every single chat inside that project already knows everything you have told it, without you having to explain it again.
✅ Why it matters so much: Carol showed us the same caption prompt in a regular chat versus inside the Epic Hawaii Homes project... and the difference was immediate. The project version knew the voice, the formatting, the CTA structure, and even the capitalization rules without being asked. That is what a well-built project does.
✅ What to gather before you build: Your best Instagram posts (10 to 15 screenshots work great), your pink branding sheet, client testimonials and stories, neighborhood guides, and any previous AI conversations that already know a lot about you. More material means a smarter project.
✅ How to create your brand voice guide: Screenshot your best posts, pull them into a PDF, and ask Claude to write a detailed brand voice guide from them, including your tone, the words you use naturally, what to avoid, and how you structure your captions. Carol also introduced Prompt Cowboy, a free tool that turns a simple prompt into a much more detailed one for better results. The link will be on the Resources page in your hub.
✅ Your five project instruction sections: Every strong project starts with five things... who you are, your audience, your brand voice rules, your formatting rules, and your content pillars. The more specific you are in each section, the better Claude performs. Your pink branding sheet covers most of this already.
✅ Project knowledge and chat organization: Your project knowledge is where you upload your guides, reports, testimonials, and neighborhood content. And organizing your chats matters... one chat per content type, one chat per listing, no mixing topics. This is what keeps Claude accurate and keeps your workspace clean.
