As we soak up some of the sunniest days of the season, spring vegetables are at their peak and beginning to give way to summer's bounty. Our menu is celebrating this brief and beautiful transition with fresh dishes that showcase the best ingredients of the moment.
A few current favorites include our Cavatelli with sweet pea pesto, toasted almonds, and house cured bacon, perfectly paired with our Little Gem salad. Sourced from Harlem Valley Homestead, the Little Gem lettuce is dressed in a creamy horseradish vinaigrette and topped with fresh peas, mint, and Goliath cheese from McGrath Farm. To finish, our Strawberries Zabaglione features fresh strawberries and warm sweet vermouth zabaglione, a simple, elegant expression of the season.
