Hello Foodie Friends… 👋🏼

It's been a bit busy lately, what with cooking classes, our role as ambassadors of Tastes of Greater Geelong Food fest, and Darren's latest activation with Amazing Co. Plus, we have been working very hard on a new big project that we are keen to announce very soon, so watch this space.

In the kitchen Daz has been perfecting his sourdough and we have been making warming and hearty stews, braises and soups to keep us going through the winter, although tbh it's not super chilly yet. Sure it is coldish, but it's not exactly freezing. Actually as we write this the sun is streaming through our windows, still any excuse to get the Le Creuset out though! The stews do last for a few days and we also knocked up a cracking pea and ham soup last week, which is a mental reminder to take a pic next time and pop the soup recipe up on the website.

Anyway, onto this week and there is some tasty inspo for you all below including this naughty cauliflower cheese in the main pic.
