Honor Coffee Co.
606 S. Main St. Winnsboro, TX
Johnathan's Origin Story
“Honor Coffee Co. was built on the belief that coffee is about more than what’s in the cup—it’s about people, relationships, and community.
My name is Johnathan Henry. After spending several years in Nashville & Dallas working in the music industry, I felt called to return home to Winnsboro, Texas. There was something special about coming back to the community that helped shape me—a place where people still know their neighbors, support local businesses, and genuinely care about one another. Not long after returning home, I met my wife and began building the life and family we have today. As our family grew, so did the dream of creating something meaningful for the community that had invested so much in us.
That dream became Honor Coffee Co.
In November 2024, we opened our first location in downtown Winnsboro with a simple goal: serve exceptional coffee while creating a place where people feel welcomed, valued, and known. In 2025, we expanded by acquiring a second location in Quitman, and in 2026 we opened our new drive-thru in Winnsboro to better serve our guests throughout East Texas."
“Be a Good One”
“The name Honor Coffee Co. reflects the values we want to live by every day. Our tagline, “Be a Good One,” serves as a reminder that kindness, integrity, respect, and service still matter. We don’t view the people who walk through our doors as customers—we call them guests. Every guest deserves to feel welcomed, appreciated, and cared for.”
High Quality Experience
“We proudly serve specialty coffee roasted by Valor Coffee in Atlanta, Georgia. From handcrafted espresso drinks to brewed coffee and seasonal offerings, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience that rivals what you would find in much larger cities while maintaining the warmth and hospitality of a small-town coffee shop.”
Hearts of Service
“More than anything, Honor Coffee Co. exists to bring people together. Every day we have the privilege of serving teachers, students, business owners, first responders, families, retirees, and travelers passing through town. We’ve watched friendships form, business ideas come to life, and meaningful conversations happen around a simple cup of coffee.”
Strengthening Community
“As a husband, father, and local business owner, I believe small businesses have a unique opportunity to strengthen a community. We are passionate about supporting local schools, churches, nonprofits, and community events because Winnsboro and the surrounding East Texas communities have supported us from day one.”
Looking Forward
“Looking ahead, we are excited about continuing to grow while staying true to the values that got us here. Our focus is on serving our guests well, investing in our communities, and creating places where people can slow down, connect, and feel at home.”
