You're not meant to do it alone
This Is the Work That Changes Everything ✨
Hey, First name /  there!
Today was one of those sessions that you are going to look back on and remember... because we got real about what it actually means to be in your zone of genius. Not just as a phrase you hear at conferences, but as the decision that unlocks the career and the life you are building toward. You are showing up, you are doing the work, and everything you are putting in right now is setting the foundation for something that is going to pay you back for years 💜

Today we covered:

VA hiring check-in: We caught up on where everyone is with hiring. Alba hired her first VA this morning, congratulations! Kristen is back to the search through Easy Virtual with a new placement coming. Jasmine and Elle are still in the process, and we talked through next steps to get them both closer to a decision.

Zone of genius, for real this time: I shared the biggest takeaway from my NYC retreat with seven and eight-figure entrepreneurs: you are doing $20 to $50 an hour tasks when your zone of genius is worth $200 to $500 an hour. Every task you hold onto that is not yours to hold is pulling energy away from the work that actually moves the needle. This is not hustle culture, it is the math of building a sustainable career.

Mindset is the foundation: The message from every room full of high-earning women at the retreat was the same across the board. It is not the strategy that holds most people back. It is the belief that they have to do it all alone. You showed up this summer, with kids home and a full business and a million reasons not to. That is not nothing. That is everything.

Buyer workflow walkthrough: We pulled up my actual Buyer Workflow document and walked through it step by step, from first lead touch to post-close follow-up. The goal is simple: get my name in as few places as possible. Your name should only show up where your expertise and relationships require it. Everything else belongs to your team.

Proactive team communication: We talked through a specific example: showing requests. Instead of waiting for agent callbacks, My team now sends a text from the Follow-Up Boss business number the moment a showing is requested, confirming receipt and setting expectations. That one step stopped a flood of "Did you get my request?" calls. This is what systems in motion actually look like.

CRM and tools conversation: We touched on Follow-Up Boss, Asana, and how I use each for different purposes. Elena Kee was recommended for anyone who wants their Follow-Up Boss fully organized and tagged with smart lists. I also teased a future Asana project for the real estate community, and this group will be among the first to know.

🏠 Homework:

Open the Buyer Workflow Phase 1 template and make a copy: Go to the link in the hub, make your own copy, and start filling in the tasks that apply to YOUR business right now. Do not try to build it perfectly. Work with where you are today and what you are hiring someone to do now.

Block two 45-minute sessions this week: Set a timer, put your phone on do not disturb just like you would at a listing appointment, and work through the workflow one section at a time. Report back next Monday on what you got done and where you got stuck.

Elle and Jasmine: Post your VA candidates in the Facebook group: Tina wants to help you review your applicants and get you to a hire sooner rather than later. Drop them in the group so we can take a look together.

VAs: Watch the Buyer Workflow lesson replay in the hub: This is your chance to get familiar with what will become the backbone of your work inside your agent's business. Watch it, take notes, and come to the next tech support call with questions.

You can add ALL of our sessions to your calendar with the button below... make sure you do that so you're set and ready to show up!
