Happy Canada Day!!

I am currently writing this from the cottage, sitting out in the sun and loving this mid-week break to reset, unwind, and enjoy some quality time with friends and family. I hope you are all enjoying this well-deserved day off and using the time to rest, recharge, and reset.

As we close out the first month of summer, I want to say how proud I am of all of you for continuing to show up for yourselves week after week.

Maybe you crushed your goals and are feeling proud of the progress you've made. Maybe life got busy, and your health took a back seat for a while, and you're looking forward to resetting. Or perhaps you're just getting started on your journey and setting new goals for the month ahead!

Maybe your focus this summer is maintaining the progress you've already worked so hard for, building consistency, trying new summer recipes, moving your body more, or simply finding a your better balance. Enjoying summer while maintaining your weight and healthy habits is absolutely a win!

I hope you can spend some time today and this weekend to refresh, reset, try some healthy new summer recipes, and embrace your health and wellness journey - whatever that looks like for you right now. You deserve to feel your best.

Wishing you a happy, healthy, and balanced start to July!
