✨ Today we covered:
✅ Domain warmup and email deliverability: If your emails are landing in spam, your domain likely needs to be warmed up. MailReach.co ($25/month) sends simulated back-and-forth emails on your behalf to signal to inboxes that you are a real human. This is especially important if your domain is newer or if you have recently validated through a CRM. Getting your database to REPLY to your newsletters is another powerful warmup strategy, and a raffle prize is a great way to make that happen.
✅ Character and trust in hiring: We had a real conversation about what to look for beyond skills and experience. A VA who is not upfront with their current client before approaching you is already showing you who they are. Trust matters deeply when someone has access to your email, your documents, and eventually your business finances. The right hire is someone who takes initiative WITHOUT being asked, and who shows up for your business the way your clients show up for their biggest investment.
✅ The Asana system demo: I walked through my custom-built Asana pipeline live, built by Jenna from Mind the Method. Every time a lead moves from one column to the next, tasks auto-trigger for the right team member. No chasing, no reminders, no dropped balls. The goal: get your name in the workflow as few times as possible. Your job is the rainmaker. Everything else belongs to the team.
✅ Seller flows introduced: We officially moved into seller workflows today. The seller flow covers every stage from lead to close: seller lead, consult, pre-list, active listing, under contract, and closed. Each stage has a corresponding set of email templates. The seller flow is a bit more involved than the buyer flow, but the structure is the same and you already know how to work with it.
✅ Email templates walkthrough: All four documents are now available for you: buyer flow, buyer email templates, seller flow, and seller email templates. Your VA's job is to take these templates and plug them into your Flowdesk or Gmail so they are ready to send. As you open these, make sure to MAKE A COPY before editing.
