Get Notified Instantly on Disrupted Card Payments |
|
Automated Activity Log Alerts
You no longer have to check individual accounts to see if a transaction failed. Labnext now logs alerts directly in your dashboard activity log if a customer's card is: - Declined
- Expired
- Flagged by the bank for recovery
Action Steps: Send These Alerts to Your Inbox To get emailed the second a card is declined, go to Settings | Users and click Edit next to your user profile. Scroll to email notifications, check the Processes box, and click Save. |

Seamless Tracking for ACH (Online Checking)
If your lab accepts ACH payments, tracking them just got much easier. We’ve added a dedicated ACH Payments filter dropdown to your postings table. |

With this tool, you can instantly sort your transaction dashboard by Pending, Error, Settled, Declined, or Success. Whenever an ACH transaction is Pending, Labnext will automatically watch it and flip its status to Success the exact moment the funds clear the bank. |

Automatic Card Updates: Less Overhead for Your Lab Say goodbye to failed invoices and chasing down clients for new expiration dates! For just $0.15, Worldpay automatically updates replaced or expired cards behind the scenes—protecting your revenue and keeping your lab's cash flow moving without a single phone call.
Note: This feature is turned on by default. If you wish to disable it, you can easily do so in your Access My IQ account add-on settings. |

Core Refresher: Maximizing Worldpay in Labnext |

As a reminder, the Worldpay integration allows you to accept credit card payments directly within your software, completely eliminating double-entry bookkeeping. - Processing a Payment: When you post a payment, select your customer and choose a credit card payment method. A details window will automatically appear to let you enter the card information.
- Saving Cards on File: To save a credit card for future billing, click the blue Add button during processing. This securely stores the details in the customer's Accounts On File tab. Next time you bill them, change the payment method to Account on File and select their saved card from the dropdown menu.
- Audit Trails: All payments populate in your postings table. Click the authorization code link to see full transaction receipts and host bank responses.

Empower Your Clients via DDX |
|
Shift the billing workload to your clients. When your customers log into DDX and select your lab, they can: - Post credit card payments themselves against their account balance or specific invoices.
- Securely save their own credit cards on file.
- View their complete payment history online.

Lab Control: Remember, you maintain total control over what your clients see. You can toggle these financial menus on or off at any time via the Lab Details Permissions tab in Labnext. |

If your lab hasn’t activated the Worldpay integration yet, getting started is easy: - Let Us Know: Reach out to the Labnext team at 800-565-0923, and we will request a Worldpay representative to contact you directly.
- Connect the Store: Once you create your Access My IQ account, you can activate the integration directly through the store.
- Add ACH Payments: Want to accept online checking (ACH)? Simply make a separate phone call to Worldpay to enable it on your merchant account, and it will instantly turn on in your store settings.
For ongoing reconciliation, you can use Labnext's payment reports or log into your Access My IQ account to verify transaction data at any time. |
