✨ Today we covered:
✅ A big win for Arlani: Her 15-minute discovery call went to 30 minutes... and she navigated a language barrier with grace, resourcefulness, and heart. She used the hot transfer, shared the 2-2-2 rule with her buyer's family, and sent her buyer's guide. That is exactly the kind of agent that gets referrals for life. We are so proud of you, Arlani 🌺
✅ A coaching pivot, and why it matters: I made it official today... we are stepping away from the module-by-module structure and going fully coaching-based. No more watching lessons on your own time. Homework comes from the calls, and we meet you exactly where you are. If you have been feeling behind, you are not. We are moving at a pace that works for busy Realtor Mommas.
✅ CRM accountability check-in: We looked at the spreadsheet together and talked about who is logging in and how often. The agents who stay closest to their CRM are the ones who always have something in the pipeline. If you did not get in there this week, this is your fresh start. Aim for daily, and track it on the sheet.
✅ Your daily CRM rhythm: I shared my week-by-week follow-up structure: current buyers and open house leads on Mondays, sellers on Tuesdays, reverse prospecting on Wednesdays, past clients on Thursdays, and long-term buyers on Fridays. You do not have to copy it exactly... but you do need a version of it that lives on your calendar.
✅ Toggle time tracking: Toggle is a free tool that helps you see exactly where your time is going each week. My whole team is using it right now. Start tracking for even one or two weeks and you will quickly see what is moving the needle and what is just noise.
✅ Your first look at the seller flows: We opened the seller flows today and walked through the first sections together. These are 150+ steps that make you look like the most prepared, professional listing agent your sellers have ever worked with. I stopped today at line 13 in the email templates section and line 19 in the seller lead stage, so that is exactly where we will pick back up in three weeks.
