Three Hot Seats, One Big Mindset Shift

Today was full of hot seats, honest conversations, and a few mindset shifts I think we all needed. Watching each of you step into leadership... in your business AND in your own head... was everything. You are building something BIG, and today proved it!

✅ Margaret's Hot Seat... bringing on real support: We talked through structuring a licensed showing assistant on a percentage basis instead of salary, and ran the actual math on what freeing up 15 hours a month of showings could mean for her business. This is the leadership shift... going from top producer to the leader who trains other agents to help carry the load.

 

✅ Mari's Hot Seat... getting comfortable being seen: Mari has run her business almost entirely on referrals and is now ready to bring in Business from social media too. We talked through optimizing her Instagram bio for searchability, and the honest truth that you can share your life without oversharing your life.

 

✅ Cynthia's update... claiming her market share: Cynthia came in with a whole new fire after digging into her MLS numbers and realizing just how much Business was moving in her market without her. She is jumping back into social media and building out a Move-Up Buyer guide and workflow to serve a Client type she has not fully spoken to yet.

 

✅ The content challenge: We went around the room finding ONE question each of your Dream Clients actually wants answered on camera. A recasting loan explainer, a Move-Up Buyer hook, a high-end Seller pinned post... small, specific, powerful.

 

✅ Scripting your next six months: I asked everyone to write a journal entry dated six months from today... as if it already happened. This is not fluff. This is how you get clear on exactly what you are building toward.

 

✅ Film ONE video answering your dream Client question from today. Send it to your VA for editing and posting.

✅ Write your six-month scripting journal entry... dated as if it is already true, and be ready to share it when we reconnect.

✅ Margaret... have your conversation with your Broker about bringing on licensed support, and commit to 14 days of daily affirmations.

✅ Cynthia... get your Move-Up Buyer guide finalized so it is ready to pair with your new workflow.

 

✅ Attend ONE Flodesk Workflow Tutorial session this Thursday (8:00 AM or 11:30 AM HST). Come with your Realtor's Flodesk credentials, headshots, brand colors, and fonts ready to go.

✅ Attend the Tech Support Call at 10:30 AM HST... this is Rockstar Virtual Assistant training with the team, and it is exclusively for Elevate.

✅ Edit and post your Realtor's video.

✅ Cynthia's Team... build the third Flowdesk workflow for the combined Move-Up Buyer guide.
