WEEK 1 | CHECK-IN

How has your first week been going so far? My friend was visiting this weekend which has been so much fun! But I knew we'd be out and about and I wouldn't have as much time to work on my project. I decided to take an approach that would make things more doable for me--junk journaling and adding more later.

I found the main item for my section, included it on the day of the prompt, then went back later to add extra details. This way I could still create every day, keep up with my project, and not sacrifice any ideas due to my schedule. I wanted to share this in case you are balancing a lot of plans and this project as well as to remind you that things are flexible--do what works best for you!

Also, the sections don't have to be very elaborate! It's more important that it's meaningful to you. You can always wait until you have more time to use techniques that take longer.

Lastly, if you are just joining in (welcome!) or miss a day, begin/jump back in when you can! You'll find all the prompts and emails that have been sent in the resource library (linked at the bottom of these emails) in case you need anything!

Here are a few more things to help spark some ideas for the rest of the week:

FREE TRACKER LIST & CALENDAR DOWNLOAD
In case you missed it, you can download a free tracker and calendar! You can find them in the resource library.

SHARE PHOTOS TO OUR GROUP ALBUM
Share photos of your project in our Flickr group album! Not everyone has social media or checks over there so I thought it'd be nice to have another place to share. You can post as much as you'd like: daily, a few times a week, once a week, etc. Feel free to add a caption by writing a comment below your image. Here are some photos Ewelien has shared in the album--love the bird theme!
