Instead of jumping straight into the challenge, we'll spend the week building a strong foundation with simple daily lessons, healthy habits, and mindset practices that will set everyone up for success.
You can absolutely begin your daily protocols anytime, but together we'll officially launch the full 90-Day Rise Challenge on Monday, July 27!
