For this month's Creative Spark Mail Club project, we'll be experimenting with stitching! Whether it's a simple line, flower, or even a knot, thread can add interesting texture, color, and lines to artwork, photos, and so much more!

You'll receive a vintage inspired postcard, needle, samples of embroidery floss, a video playlist showing you how to create different stitches, as well as a few other items to help you get inspired, design, and make your piece. Here's what will be included in your mail:
  • 1 - 3.75x5.75" Postcard These postcards have vintage inspired designs printed on them. The designs are assorted, see photos below to get an idea. (I'm omitting horoscope signs from what you may get since I don't know what your sign is but decided to use one for my example :) If you're a Pisces, Libra, or Sagittarius and want your sign, let me know!)
  • 1 - 140 lb Watercolor Paper This can be used as your base or be used to create another piece of stitching art.
  • 1 - 5x7" Vellum Paper This can be used to plan your design and become a template for punching the holes for your stitching.
  • 1 - No. 15 Needle This larger needle is to punch holes with and can also be used to stitch the thread
  • 2 - Embroidery Floss Samples You will receive 2 different colors of embroidery floss to use with your project. I will try my best to pair postcards with complimentary colored floss.
  • 1 - Quote Card, for continued inspiration, printed on watercolor paper (which you can paint on / decorate if you'd like)
  • 1 - Prompt Card for additional inspiration this month and beyond
  • 1 - Letter A hello from me with thoughts about this month's project
  • Video Playlist & Access To Online Resources The playlist will include videos that show you how to make different stitch lines. I will also include additional inspiration photos.
There are two ways to get this mail:
 
As a one-time order. Place your order by 7/31 to have mail shipped the first week of August. Orders placed after may take 2-3 business days to ship from the date you order. 
 
As a subscription. If you'd like to sign up for the monthly subscription, it will include a discount. You will also automatically get new projects each month and your card on file will automatically be charged until you cancel. Subscribe by 7/31. August mail will ship out in early August.
