The first interview is your feed. The second interview is your stories
This Is What Instagram Consistency Actually Looks Like ✨

Hey, First name /  there!
I flew home from Japan and walked straight into one of the best sessions we have ever had in this room. I invited Leah Baer, one of our Elevate members and a Colorado Springs Realtor with 17 years in Real Estate and a social media presence that has genuinely changed her life, to come in and share everything. She has 3x'd her business in three years through Instagram... closed and pended over 25 million this year alone... and 30% of that business came directly from the app. What hit me most wasn't the numbers though. It was HOW she built it. Day by day, one post at a time, staying consistent when it felt like nothing was working. That is the part I needed you to hear 💜

Today we covered:

Your feed is the first interview: When someone lands on your profile, they should know two things within seconds: that you know your city, and that you are a Real Estate professional. The feed is your resume. The stories are your personality. Both matter, and they serve different purposes.

The personal DM that starts real conversations: Leah manually messages every new follower who could be a potential lead. No bots, no automations for this one. Just a personal message using their name, something that feels human and actually gets a response. The script is in your resources 💜

How to build content pillars you can actually stick to: Leah started with just three: a client review, a neighborhood highlight, and a restaurant recommendation. Three times a week for six months before the serious leads started rolling in. You do not need a perfect strategy on day one. You need three things you can commit to and the patience to let it compound.

The 3-step AI prompt that generates an entire content plan: Leah shared the exact three prompts she used in ChatGPT to go from zero content ideas to a full Google Doc of hooks and matching imagery ideas for her Reels, ready to hand straight to Carla. You can use these for your own city. All three prompts are in your resources page on the hub.

Virality does not equal conversion: Leah has one to two percent engagement on most posts. She is closing 8 million dollars in business from Instagram this year. Consistency and authority building are what actually move the needle. She said it plainly: she has the receipts, and virality is not what brought them in.

How to set your VA up for Instagram success: Leah does not just hand Carla a topic and walk away. She gives her the topic AND the imagery direction together, specific shots, specific vibes, specific feelings she wants the visual to create. That clarity is what gets your VA inside your head faster and producing content that actually sounds and looks like you.
🏠 Homework:

Drop your 2 action items in the Facebook group this week: One for you as the agent, one for your support person. Leah gave us a lot today. Don't let it sit on a to-do list. Commit to two things out loud and let this community hold you to it.

Run the 3-step AI prompt for your own market: Open ChatGPT or Claude, swap in your city, and run through all three prompts. Save the output to a Google Doc and share it with your VA as a starting point for content planning.

Set up your B-roll folders: In your phone and in your Google Drive. Start with the categories that make sense for your market: neighborhoods, restaurants, events, local spots, listings. Give your VA access so she can pull from it directly.

Pick 3 content pillars and commit: They do not have to be perfect. They just have to be three things you can actually post about every single week. Start there.m... build the third Flowdesk workflow for the combined Move-Up Buyer guide.
