You think you know Mexico. Tacos, tequila, beautiful beaches. But the Mexico we’re taking you to? Most people never get close to it. Mexican cuisine is one of the only culinary traditions on earth recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity — not for a recipe, but for an entire way of life. The farming. The ritual. The ancestral knowledge passed from hand to hand for centuries. Every dish on this journey carries that story. And you’re going to taste every chapter of it.  Before this trip opens to anyone else, as promised our edible Reno-Tahoe community gets first access.  Only 19 spots are available for travel next Spring,  April 10 - 18, 2027. |
