The 2026–2027 school year kicks off next Thursday, and we can’t wait to welcome our Titans back to campus! While our students are putting the final touches on their back-to-school prep, their incredible impact across the community continues to shine. From participating and placing at national competitions, to serving their community, to enhancing their skills, our Titans are making sure we start the year #TitanStrong!

2026 Dash of the titans 5K

Tickets for the 2026 Dash of the Titans are currently available at an early bird price. 

 

Join us on September 19 at Zoo Miami for a day filled with family fun and energy. Whether you are running, walking, or cheering-on your fellow Titans, there is something for everyone to enjoy. This year, all registered participants* will receive a new limited edition swag bag and an exciting new race day bag.

Professional Development

Our new and returning teachers are preparing for the 2026–2027 school year by participating in our annual professional development seminar.

 

During the multi-day seminar, our faculty members read classical texts, engaged in Socratic discussions, discussed the true purpose of education, and attended several presentations from subject matter experts, Dr. Doug Lemov and Dr. Jonathan Gregg. They also heard from our CEO and Founder, Mr. Michael Bileca, and attended a presentation by one of their peers, Mr. Patricio Mendez.

 

At True North, we are proud to have some of the best teachers in the state and nation. We believe that investing in our faculty not only strengthens their expertise, but also helps them become even better educators for our scholars. The annual professional development provided to all of our new and returning faculty members is just one of the many ways we push towards this practice. 

Kailani Williams 

Kailani Williams, True North Classical Academy Sunset, is a two time National Champion! 

 

This summer, Kailani represented the Southern Region at the USA Roller Sports National Championships in Lincoln, Nebraska, competing in the Artistic Roller Skating division. She delivered an outstanding performance, earning the title of National Champion in both Solo Freeskate and Creative Show Duet.

 

Competing against the nation's top roller skating athletes in five events, Kailani also earned National Finalist honors in Creative Show Solo, finishing an impressive 6th overall.

We are incredibly proud of Kailani's dedication, perseverance, and remarkable achievements on the national stage.

Junior Titans against cancer

This week, members of our Junior Titans Against Cancer donated books, toys, and self-care items to Nicklaus Children's Hospital. The items were purchased with funds raised throughout the school year and represent the culmination of a year-long effort and collaboration across our Titan community.

 

The donated items are being counted as part of the hospital's Forward for Generations Campaign, the hospital's most ambitious campaign to date, which aims to boldly transform pediatric cancer care for children.

 

Thank you to everyone who participated in and supported this campaign. Your generosity and dedication will have a lasting impact on the lives of children facing one of life's toughest battles.
