Dear Church Family,

 

Unfortunately, we received legal notice in the last 24 hours that Fount Studios in Manhattan, being used as a church venue, has always been illegal, and we have to make an immediate change in terms of Sundays moving forward. Since becoming Kingdomcity, we felt that using the Fount Studios in Manhattan for services was a short term option anyway, but this has accelerated that timeline.  So for the immediate future, starting this Sunday, September 6, we will be having two services in Brooklyn at the Music Hall of Williamsburg.

Whilst this is sudden, nothing takes God by surprise, so we are at complete peace. We are grateful to start this new season with clarity and great faith—this just hastens the reset that was needed anyway and we embrace it.

To everyone who normally goes to Manhattan, if you are willing and able, we gratefully ask you to support us in this season by coming to Brooklyn as we rebuild with a great new core of people for a great future ahead. Ultimately we want a venue that is relatively central to both Brooklyn and Manhattan, and the search continues. Continue to pray with us for our God-appointed venue in the future as we look toward our official launch in December this year.

We are excited that our teams and our church can combine in this season, and we look forward to seeing you this Sunday at the Music Hall of Williamsburg with Ps Blake Young from Kingdomcity Dallas—he is a brilliant preacher and will bring a word in season!

We are grateful to our incredible staff and amazing carriers who are serving God so faithfully in this season of transition with all the changes thrown at us. This Sunday will be incredible, see you there!
