Happy August Beautiful Humans!
As we step into this new month, many of us are doing all the things. Preparing for fall, organizing for our future success, and soaking in the things that feel summery to us.
While your mind is managing all of these moving parts, remember to look up! Notice that big sky above you. Isn’t it vast? Whew, what a relief to be one small part of something so big. What comfort might you find in that enlarged view?
And when you look up, look around too. Who else is nearby, also trying to do all the things? That same big sky is over their head too.
