Doctors for America is supporting two important legal challenges that could have significant consequences for patients, clinicians, researchers, and the healthcare system. We are seeking DFA members and other healthcare professionals who may be willing to serve as declarants, providing an attestation describing how these policies would affect their work, patients, or communities.

DFA is seeking clinicians who are concerned about the impact of new Medicaid work requirements, particularly the rule's medical frailty provisions. These provisions could create significant challenges for both patients and healthcare providers.

We are especially interested in hearing from clinicians who anticipate that the rule could:

DFA is also seeking researchers, clinicians, and institutions who may be directly harmed by a proposed federal grant rule that could restrict federally funded research and undermine scientific independence.

 

We are particularly interested in individuals who have, or anticipate, impacts on federal grants, research collaborations, clinical trials, hiring, publication, or future funding decisions, including work involving health equity, disparities, gender identity, or other areas potentially affected by the proposal.

 

Your experience can help demonstrate how these changes could affect scientific research, medical innovation, and ultimately patient care.
