👋🏼 Hey, it’s Miriam. Welcome to my bi-weekly newsletter where we help you grow your pipeline, keep your clients, and crush your goals.

Let’s get started.

If You Do One Thing This Week:

1. Make it easy for clients to take the next step.

When a prospective client shows interest, make sure it is easy for them to know what to do next.

✅ Take a look at your website, proposals, emails, and other client-facing materials.
✅ Are the next steps clear?
✅ Can someone quickly find the information they need, schedule a conversation, request more information, or get in touch with the right person?

Small friction points can turn a warm lead into a missed opportunity.

A smoother path makes it easier for good prospects to become good clients.

2 Tips to DO MORE:

2. Give Your Client Communications a Little Structure

Client communication should not depend on one person remembering what needs to happen next.

Create a simple internal checklist for your regular client communications:
  • Who is responsible for gathering information?
  • Who reviews it before it goes out?
  • Who follows up?
  • Who owns the final communication?
  • Who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks?
When everyone knows their role, your clients get a more consistent experience, and your team spends less time chasing loose ends.

3. Take a Fresh Look at What You Ask Your Clients.

Your client needs are not standing still, so your intake forms, onboarding questions, and information requests should not either.

Take a fresh look at what you are asking clients to provide.
✅ Are you collecting information that actually helps you serve them?
✅ Are there questions that are outdated, repetitive, or no longer useful?
✅ Is there something you should be asking that would help you better understand their goals?

Have someone who works directly with clients review the process. They may spot a question that could be simplified or an opportunity to learn something you have been missing.

Keep it focused, useful, and easy for the client.
A little pruning can go a long way.

If this newsletter resonates with you, here are three more ways I can help:
  1. Follow me on LinkedIn or Instagram for bite-sized tips throughout the week (free).
  2. Work with me for 1:1 executive coaching or growth strategy consulting. Hit reply and I’ll send you a few questions to see if we’re a fit.
  3. Book me as a retreat facilitator or speaker. I'm looking at Winter and Spring retreats now. I just booked a retreat for May 2027. This is the perfect time to reset. Reply to this email and we’ll take it from there.
I’m a teacher at heart, and love helping people get better at what they do.
