On September 16, Capital Prime invites you to experience it for yourself at Passport to Spain: A Wine & Culinary Experience. Enjoy a chef-inspired multi-course dinner celebrating the flavors of Spain, thoughtfully paired with exceptional Spanish wines.

Spain’s winemaking tradition spans everything from bold reds to crisp coastal whites. A few names to know:

 

Tempranillo - Bold, structured, and a natural match for steak.
Garnacha - Fruit-forward with notes of red fruit and spice.
Albariño - Crisp, refreshing, and perfect with seafood.
Verdejo - Bright and citrusy, ideal for lighter dishes.

Chandler Foster has been part of the Capital Prime team since March, and in just a short time, he’s already worked across prep, pantry, and sauté.

 

His favorite part of working at Capital Prime? “Learning new things and working with cool people.” That drive to keep learning carries into everything Chandler does. He believes in giving his best and never giving up, a philosophy reflected in every plate he sends out.

When he’s not in the kitchen, Chandler loves spending time outdoors and enjoying nature. But at work, it’s all about creating a great experience for our guests. As Chandler puts it, 

“I love making people happy with my food.”
