We've spent the year dreaming of this: the fairy lights flickering as dusk settles over the woods, the secret corners waiting to be found, and a lineup that we can’t wait for you to experience. Add in cinema, comedy, literature, workshops, food that's won more awards than we can list, and a frankly unnecessary number of craft beers and ales we’ve hand-picked for you, and it should be a pretty good weekend.  

 

To help you get ready, we've gathered together everything you need for the days ahead: how to find us, what to do once you're through the gates, weather updates, and all the on-site know-how to keep your festival running as smoothly as possible, so all that's left to do is enjoy it.

TICKET SELLERS
 

All End of the Road Festival tickets were delivered via email on 20th August. If you ordered directly from the festival website and have yet to receive your tickets, please log in to your Ticket Sellers account, where you should find your ticket(s), or you can email endoftheroad@theticketsellers.co.uk

 

TWICKETS
 

Twickets is our only Official Resale platform - issuing End of the Road festival tickets directly to their customers. 

 

If you have purchased a ticket via Twickets and have not received your ticket or are having any issues with the service, please contact Twickets via cs@twickets.live.

 

Listing of tickets on any resale site other than Twickets is not permitted and any tickets seen so listed may be cancelled without refund (e.g. Viagogo, StubHub, Gumtree etc.)

 

If you bought a ticket from any site other than End of the Road or Twickets, it is invalid and you will not be permitted entry. We suggest that you immediately claim a refund from the site you purchased the ticket from. Note that restrictions and measures are in place to prevent unauthorised resale, including on-site ID checks.
 

 

 

 

End of the Road is easily accessible via car, coach, train or bike. For more details on how to get to the Larmer Tree Gardens, please visit our website here.

 

National Express coaches are still available from 11 different key UK locations right to the festival gates and back. You can also book their shuttle service from Salisbury Rail Station directly to the festival on Thursday and Friday and return journeys on Sunday or Monday. We are aware that many shuttle services are sold out and are working to get more added. 

 

If you’re driving to Larmer Tree, you’ll need to purchase a car parking pass in advance of the festival. These cost £30 (plus booking fee) and can be purchased here.

 

Please note that car parking tickets will go off sale online at 5pm Wednesday 2nd September. You can buy parking on site for £40.

 

SAT NAV alone may struggle to get you to the festival site. It is important to follow the festival’s AA road traffic signs as soon as you see them. Nearer to the festival site, there are also permanent signs for Larmer Tree Gardens, which are brown with a white flower.

 

From London, Midlands, Wales, The North, Bristol and the South West enter the postcode SP7 0PP.  This is just over 4 miles to the north of Larmer Tree at which point you can turn off the Sat Nav and follow our AA signs.

 

From the South Coast, Bournemouth and Southampton enter the postcode DT11 8DD. This is just over 2 miles south of Larmer Tree at which point you can follow our festival road traffic signs. If you use the southern approach, please expect a wait with our stop-go controlled traffic staff in the single-lane section by Newtown just before the festival site.

PARKING
 

Vehicles cannot be driven into the campsite and must be parked in the designated car parks.

∙ Monday 7th September  8am – 12pm

 

You will not be permitted entry to the car park outside of the above hours; however, you may leave 24/7. Please note that Red Car Park is closed for entry on Sunday.

 

 

All campsites are open from 11am on Thursday, 3rd September and are accessible 24/7 once you are on-site and have your wristband. You must collect your wristband before 11pm on your day of arrival.

 

We have 6 camping areas: GENERAL, FAMILY, BOUTIQUE, ACCESSIBLE, CAMPERVAN / CARAVANS and QUIET. More info about the facilities offered within each can be found here.

You may be asked for ID upon arrival, so please bring either your passport, driving licence or credit/debit card.

 

We take your safety and security seriously. Our teams at Wristband Exchange will be conducting thorough bag searches, so remember to check our list of prohibited items before you start packing!

 

Details regarding arrival were also emailed to you with your tickets.

 

BOX OFFICE(S)
 

The Box Office is the place for ticket queries, artists, guests, and staff passes. Members of the public should not need to go to Green Box Office unless they have accessible passes or local resident tickets to pick up. The Green Box Office is located between the two parking fields on the main drive after you go through the Green Gate. 

 

The Red Box office is for Boutique Camping guests and can be found after you enter the Red Gate. In general, Box Offices are open when the wristband exchange is open.

 

Mr Trolley will be returning to the festival to help you ferry your gear from the car park to the campsite. You will find the Hire Point in our main car park near Wristband Exchange.

Our cup scheme will be the same as last year. We will charge £2 for your first cup when you buy your first drink, and you will then be issued with a clean cup - at no extra charge - every time you go back to the bar, as long as you have a cup to exchange. If you lose your cup, you will need to start the process all over again.

 

When you’re done with your cup, please return it to the bar so it can be washed and reused at other events. You are welcome to bring your own reusable cup; however, the bar staff reserve the right to refuse to use it if they deem it unfit for purpose.

 

 

Those who have booked to go into the Accessible Campsite (including personal assistants, friends and relatives) will need to pick up their festival wristband and their accessible parking pass from the Box Office. You will then collect your accessible campsite wristband and viewing platform wristband, and lanyard when you check in at the accessible campsite. If you have any queries, please email access@endoftheroadfestival.com. The campsite has moved to the left of Effing Forest and now has a direct, flat path into the main festival village.

 

 

We have an Accessibility Manager who will be based at the Information Tent within the accessible campsite. Wheelchair charging is also available here, along with a hire point for mobility scooters/wheelchairs. The Accessibility Manager will be able to offer advice and help on the rest of the festival’s accessible facilities. 

 

There are accessible toilets and showers in the Accessible Campsite, plus accessible toilets located at all toilet blocks within the festival village and at all stages. The Woods Stage, Garden Stage, Big Top and The Folly have viewing platforms. The viewing platform at the Woods Stage is now twice the size as it was in 2024 and is located towards the rear of the Woods Stage under the tree. There will also be Viewing Areas on the Talking Heads Stage and The Boat. Please ask Stewards for the specific location and/or if you require assistance.

 

Hearing Loops are in operation at Box Office, the Information Point at Gate E and the Woods Stage & Garden Stage viewing platforms. There are no steps at the Box Office and one of the serving windows will have a lowered counter. Our Box Office staff are super friendly and will be happy to come out of their cabin to assist you, so please just ask!

 

There’s a lot to look forward to: there are five music stages, one mixed arts stage, cinema, literature, workshops and activities, and some surprises in the Gardens. There will be a festival programme for sale with a site map, stage times (including a handy fold-out clashfinder) and lots of useful information such as how and where to charge your phone and where to get that all-important End of the Road tote bag from the Merch Shop. You’ll find a map of our site below to help orientate yourself in advance.

 

 

Cash machines are located in the Festival Village central market island, opposite the seating tent. All our Bars will be cashless, and caterers and traders will be able to accept cash or card. Most roaming programme sellers will also accept cash or card.

 

 

The First Aid Tent is behind the Cinema. In the Campsite, you can contact our medical team via any steward positioned at the gates and/or the roaming teams wandering around are happy to help at any time. The First Aid Point will remain open at all times, complete with an ambulance. Please ask the stewards or security if you need help.

 

We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment and sexual assault. If you experience or witness sexual harassment or sexual assault at End of the Road, please report it to our Welfare Team next to the First Aid tent. They have a safe space for you to discuss any issues confidentially and discreetly.
 

 

We have a dedicated Baby Changing & Caring Area to give children and caregivers a calm, comfortable space when needed. You’ll find the area in a bell tent to the left of the Art Gallery. It’s a peaceful spot designed for nappy changes, feeding, and quiet time away from the crowds. This space is open throughout the day and free to use.

 

Don't leave valuables in your tent. Friends of the Earth provide a free Lock-Up facility at Gate E (in between the main campsite and the Woods Stage area of the Festival village). At night, keep your valuables inaccessible (for example with you in your sleeping bag). 

 

They also offer portable battery packs for charging your mobile phone. Hire costs £5 for a 5000mAh pack, £7 for a 7000mAh pack or £10 for a 10000mAh pack, plus a refundable £20 deposit. You can use the battery pack anywhere around the festival before returning it. Please note that static plug-in phone charging is no longer available 

 

 

Lost property can be reported at the Information Point at Gate E.

 

 

Showers are open during daylight hours only and closed for cleaning overnight. Please keep your shower short to help reduce waiting times and water waste. This is particularly important this year with the drought and water shortages. Please use eco-friendly products where possible.

 

We will be using compost toilets in most of our toilet blocks again in 2026. Compost toilets are a chemical-free, water-free, renewable alternative to normal flushing or chemical event toilets. They require less cleaning, produce less odour and are better for the environment. Find out more at compoostsolutions.co.uk

 

All toilets and showers at the festival are single-capacity unisex stalls or units with multiple urinals. 

 

The festival site is grazed by livestock during the rest of the year. Please take sensible precautions and wash your hands after using the toilets and before eating. We have hand-washing stations at all the toilet blocks within the festival village, plus hand-sanitising stations at each compost toilet block and sanitisers within the portaloos. There are also water standpipes in all campsites.

 

 

Waste and recycling bags are available from Wristband Exchange, the Information Point, and campsite recycling pens. Please help us Leave No Trace.

In the village, bins take all waste types for off-site sorting by Wiltshire Waste. In the campsite, please separate your waste into recycling and non-recycling bags, then drop them off at the Campsite Collection Points near your nearest toilet block.

 

 

∙ Gas camping stoves will be permitted, but they must be raised off the ground on legs or a table and used a safe distance away from tents. Maximum cylinder size permitted is 4.5kg. Cook with extreme vigilance and please ensure you have a water source readily available at your tent if you plan on using a gas camping stove.

 

∙ BBQs and open fires are not permitted anywhere on site.

 

∙ No naked flames, candles, fireworks or sky lanterns are permitted.

 

We may not be able to light the Folly Fire this year due to the dry conditions. We’ll be monitoring the weather and assessing the ground conditions daily. 

 

 

Smoking and vaping in any tents is banned. We’ll be giving away free smoking pouches at Wristband Exchange, The Information Point and the Festival Shop. Please extinguish your cigarettes in a pouch or dispose of them responsibly in the bins provided.

 

 

The conditions underfoot are extremely dry and hard; please bring sturdy tent pegs and mallets (hammers with claws are not permitted) to get them into the ground.

 

 

We have plenty of water points across the site to help keep you hydrated. They are all marked on our public map, but please ask Stewards/Security if you need help locating them. Please remember to bring a refillable bottle.The water in the toilets is not drinking water.
 

You’ll also find Frank Water kiosks throughout the main arena, as well as the roaming ‘Frank Tank’ making the rounds for on-the-go top-ups where you can get unlimited refills of chilled, filtered water by purchasing a wristband or a Frank Water Refill bottle.
 

 

Come rain or shine, we have put in an extra seating tent on the other side of the Big Top so you can stay dry and/or shaded throughout the weekend. We also have a bigger Big Top this year, to help with queues and space.

 

 

- We have a zero tolerance policy for offensive behaviour or discrimination of any kind. This is deemed to be (but not limited to) racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, sexism and/or any form of intersectional discrimination where these combine. We reserve the right to evict anyone engaging in anti-social behaviour or making others feel unsafe.

 

- We have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and your stay with us will be short. Legal highs and nitrous oxide are also not permitted.

 

- No glass is allowed on site. Security will search for and dispose of any glass at the entrance.

 

- You can bring alcohol on site but only in quantities that are deemed suitable for personal consumption.

 

- Please do not make a lot of noise in the campsite, particularly in the Family Camping or Quiet camping areas. Independent sound systems are not permitted.

 

- We ask that you don't take camping chairs, trolleys, buggies or ground blankets forward of the Woods Stage sound desk, Garden Stage sound desk, or into The Folly or Big Top after 5 pm. This allows more people to comfortably see the evening bands and saves sleeping little ‘uns from being tripped over in the dark.

 

- Animals (except assistance dogs) are not permitted.

 

- No fireworks, BBQs, sky lanterns, smoke canisters, kites or drones are permitted.
