Homes also spent slightly longer on the market, giving buyers more time and options to consider. Overall, the market is showing signs of becoming more balanced, with increased inventory giving buyers more choice while continued price growth remains positive for sellers.
Park City’s August market saw inventory and average sales prices move higher compared to last year, while overall sales activity and volume declined slightly. Homes also spent significantly less time on the market, with average days on market down 57.4% year over year. The takeaway: well-positioned properties are still moving quickly, while the increase in available homes gives buyers more options to explore.
