We know it's a bit weird to be talking about this before we've even opened the gates on 2026, but we have some important ticketing info for 2027.

 

TicketSellers has merged with Citizen Ticket, and from here on, Citizen Ticket is the only place to get your hands on End of the Road 2027 tickets (until resale opens later down the line).

 

That means one thing for you to do now: set up your Citizen Ticket account before we go on sale for 2027 so you’re ready for that 11am, Tuesday 8th September Early Bird rush!

 

 

 

1. Head to the Citizen Ticket Homepage and click ‘Sign In’ in the top-right-hand corner

2. Select “Not yet, Sign up” or click “Create an Account”

 

 

3. Verify your email: Check your inbox for a verification email to finish setting up your account.

 

Once you're verified, you're in — you'll land on the main events page, account ready to go.

Step Two: Payment Details & Pre-Saving Your Card

 

How you pay depends on whether you plan to use a payment plan or purchase outright:

 

 

 

1. Go to your Account > Payment Methods > Add payment method

2. Enter your card details

3. We will temporarily charge your card £1.00 to authorise the payment method. You may be redirected to approve the charge via your bank’s authentication process.

 

Once added, this card becomes your default payment method for all automated payment plan instalments. 

 

 

An important change to note for End of the Road 2027 is that Payment Plan tickets (available from T2 onwards) won’t appear as a separate ticket type; you will need to select “Adult Weekend" or “Youth Weekend” and then add them to your basket. Only at the check-out stage will you be offered two ways to pay - in full or a payment plan.

 

 

Important: Saved payment methods within Citizen Ticket currently apply to payment plan tickets only. If you are paying in full, you will need to enter your payment details during checkout. Options may include:

● Standard Card Payment

● Instant Bank Transfer

● Apple Pay or Google Pay (available on supported devices/browsers)

● Klarna
 

Tip: have your card or banking details to hand before 11am on the 8th, and move through checkout promptly - baskets don't hang around forever, and neither do tickets.

 

The key date: 8th September: 11am - Early Bird tickets go on sale

 

Get your account set up beforehand and you'll be ready the moment they land.
