Please come through the gate and go through the left side of the house to the back.

The pool water is typically

heated to at least 90 degrees

ON YOUR FIRST DAY

please arrive

5-10 minutes early

so that you and your child have time to familiarize yourselves with parking, entrance to the pool, waiting and changing areas, and acclimation to new surroundings.

For all future lessons

please enter the backyard about

5 minutes before

your scheduled class time and

leave promptly after your class has ended.

Your peaceful presence and punctual arrival and departure times ensure that your student and other participants receive as much of a distraction-free

lesson experience as possible.

late arrival Procedure

If you are running

more than 10 minutes late,

or will be missing the class entirely,

we would greatly appreciate a call or text

so we can alert the instructor.

Lessons typically start and end on time. If you are likely to be late, please know that you may miss a portion of your lesson.

Packing for the Pool

Please bring a

towel, swimsuit, and reusable swim diaper.

That's really all you need!

We provide goggles, toys, and all of the equipment used during lessons.

Quick tip: You may also find it helpful

to bring an extra towel to lay your child on

while changing after class.

plan ahead

To help lessons start smoothly,

we recommend that

everyone arrive dressed

in their swimsuit, ready to swim.

Apply minimal sunscreen &

use the bathroom at your house BEFORE coming to the pool.

TO EAT OR NOT TO EAT?

Please eat at home

at least 1 hour before lessons.

Please note there is a

$300.00 pool cleaning fee if vomit or fecal matter escapes into the water as well up to a $500.00 fee for lost revenue.

diaper POLICY

If your child has been

potty trained for 6 months or less

they are required to wear a

REUSABLE

tight-fitting leak-proof swim diaper.

These types of diapers are the most effective method of maintaining a

healthy pool water environment.

DISPOSABLE swim diapers

are NOT accepted.

Quick tip: Swim diapers are designed to contain solids, not liquids.

To help keep your car seat dry,

we recommend waiting until you arrive at the pool to put on your child's swim diaper.

Each class lasts approximately 30 minutes. Typically, we begin lessons on time.

Please do your best to arrive on time.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for missed lessons.

This includes late arrivals.

If you need to cancel a lesson due to illness

or other scheduling conflicts,

please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Lessons will occur if it is raining

(unless there is thunder and/or lightning).

On the rare occasion that we need to cancel lessons for any reason, you will be contacted and offered a refund. You will be notified by phone, text, or email if there are any changes to your lesson schedule.

Sick Policy

Please bring healthy students only!

Please remember that

your spot is not secured for future classes until you have enrolled and paid

online for another session.

If you are interested in a spot later in the season, please email us as soon as possible so we can send you a registration invitation.
