How has the final week of your un-slump been unfolding? Here are a few more things I wanted to share with you inspired by layers and horizon… - Puerto Rico, Layer By Layer This article with beautiful photos takes you below the sea, above the forest, and into the caves through the heart and soul of the Caribbean
- Mixed Media Examples from Annalise Neil, Sonia Alins, Gregory Euclide, Holly Chastain, and Jessica Dunegan
- Your Name Landsat Use satellite images of the Earth's surface to write your name. Seeing each letter side by side reminded me of layers.
- Land, Sea, Sky represented in Max Naylor's detailed landscape in ink, Coastal Pines. (Place your cursor over the painting to zoom in and use the arrows to see more of this work.)
- Share your work! As we wrap up this year's Sketchbook Un-Slump, I'd love to put together a recap blog post and Instagram post of your work!
- Please email me one of your favorite pieces or one you're most proud of or the one that means the most to you or what you had the most fun making! If you'd like to be included, please send me an email--even if it's uploaded in our group gallery or you've posted it on Instagram. (This helps make it clear to me what you want shared.) Feel free to also include a sentence or two about your work if you'd like. I will credit you by your first name (and first letter of your last name if the same name comes up) as well as tag you if you've provided your IG handle / I know it. Please submit by Thursday, Sept 17th.
- Please also continue to upload your work to our group Flickr page and take a look to see what our community has been creating (below is a snapshot)! Thank you to those of you who have been contributing! :)

A wrap up email will go out on Sunday the 13th and the gallery email featuring your work will be send on Sunday the 20th.
