Titan Nation, This week, our Titans dedicated their time inside and outside the classroom. For example, while at True North, in addition to their studies, our scholars participated in the annual celebration of Freedom Show and Club Rush. Outside of our campus, our scholars began to take appropriate steps to learn more about the different schools available for them to continue their studies at the university level and won the first-ever Battle of the Field Showdown. Additionally, the Dash of the Titans is taking place this Saturday, September 19. Do not miss the opportunity to be part of the inaugural signature event of the 2026–2027 Academic School Year. Join us for a day filled with fun and community. Below is your Weekly Scroll: |

Celebration of Freedom Show |
Our Dadeland, Gateway, and Pinecrest campuses hosted their Celebration of Freedom Shows. This annual event brings together an entire campus to celebrate our nation, its freedom, and founding through the performing of poems, renditions of patriotic songs, and recitation of important documents. At True North, love of country is one of our core pillars, and we diligently work to ensure that our Titans understand the wisdom, courage, and sacrifice that built our country. We routinely host events and activities to build upon their understanding and develop their unconditional love for the United States and its democracy. |

True north college team: school visits |
This week, our True North College Team helped facilitate a series of school visits. At the beginning of the week, a group of upper school scholars traveled to North Carolina and visited High Point University, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Duke University, Davidson College, Wake Forest University, Elon University, and North Carolina State University. These visits gave our scholars the unique opportunity to learn more about each school, have conversations with school representatives, and imagine their lives as undergraduate students. Towards the end of the week, our school welcomed Boston College and Nova Southeastern University to our Sunset Campus. These in-school visits allowed our upper school scholars to have conversations with school representatives in a smaller setting, creating an opportunity for deeper and more meaningful conversations. |

Battle of the Shields Showdown |
Yesterday, our True North Football Team played in the first-ever Battle of the Shields Showdown against the Spartans of Southridge. Although the game was contested until the end, our Titans came out victorious with a 28–21 win. Our Titans are having a dominant season and making waves in the athletics community. This success is not happening by coincidence; rather, it is the result of hours of preparation, hard work, and discipline. |
Today, we held Club Rush, an annual school activity that allows our scholars to learn more about the different club opportunities at our school and enroll in activities for the school year. This year, we had more than 30 clubs represented across a variety of areas of interest, giving our scholars plenty of opportunities to explore their passions and get involved in the school community. |
