A NOTE FROM US:

If you’re reading this, chances are we have worked together, met somewhere along the way, or connected on social media. However our paths crossed, we’re glad you’re here.

Welcome to Well Placed, a monthly note from Wernert and Balsiger Luxury Group.

We are Mary Wernert and Nadya Balsiger. We came together because we recognized the same standard in each other: thoughtful guidance, honest communication, and a genuine sense of responsibility for the people who trust us with their next move.

Together, we serve Henderson, Summerlin, Las Vegas, and North Las Vegas. Our clients benefit from two informed perspectives, greater availability, and one clear strategy.

Because real estate is never only about real estate.

The numbers matter, but so does the feeling you get when you walk through the door. Our job is to respect that feeling while making sure the decision still makes sense when the emotion settles.

With two of us at the table, one may catch a detail while the other hears what is not being said. That balance is at the heart of Wernert and Balsiger Luxury Group.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Each month, we’ll share:

HOMES WORTH SEEING

Standout properties we believe deserve your attention, whether they are listed by us or someone else.

PEOPLE & PLACES WORTH KNOWING

Local businesses, interesting people, events, and experiences we would genuinely recommend.

WHAT WE’RE NOTICING

A clear, useful perspective on the Las Vegas market and what it may mean for you.

This is our first edition, and the beginning of something we are incredibly proud to build together.
