This was the marketing campaign dug up from the archives.
To successfully business plan, You need enough evidence to know what you want more of, aand what you never want to do again. Those OG girls have that now.
(👋🏻 OGs. You would seriously LOVE what I’m thinking about.) And so do many of you.
Which is why I think the timing might finally be right.
BECAUSE NOW I CAN ADD THE OTHER MISSING PART
This is the bit that’s got me excited.
Business planning used to end with… the plan.
A beautiful strategy, A whiteboard or mind-map full of decisions. A list of actions or a checklist.
Everyone leaves feeling enormously motivated, and then Monday happens. A client or trade needs something. Someone can’t find the tile. There are 38 unread emails. Your child has remembered at 8:13pm that tomorrow is *insert dress up theme here* Week, and those beautiful business plans join the other notebooks containing ‘Very Important Things You Were Definitely Going To Implement.’
Now we have AI.
That completely changes what I can do with you.
I haven’t run studio CEO since March because I have a feeling it needs more AI and with AI moving so fast I can’t keep up the up to date screenshots 😂 so this is the substitute. Real conversations and coaching with real results.
Because once we’ve decided what your business actually needs, I can help you build the support tool right there. (Automations, calculators, apps, dashboards, funnels, whatever we actually need)
SO HERE’S WHAT I’M THINKING…
I’m looking for six interior designers who want to get 2027 properly sorted with me. This is not a vision board and a word of the year. (hey, you‘re welcome to bring those if they help unpack actual business decisions) but in my world we focus on solutions, action and planning
Properly. Inside your business.
Numbers.
Services.
Pricing.
Project Management
Marketing.
Capacity.
Tech & Systems.
And what you actually want your life outside the studio to look like, because I refuse to build you a “successful” business that requires you to be available every waking hour to operate it.
We audit first.
Then we make decisions.
Then we map the four quarters.
And then we create everything you need to implement.
That last bit is the difference.
I refuse TO GIVE YOU ANOTHER LIST OF THINGS TO DO
Say we decide your marketing needs work. Fine. I don’t want “create marketing strategy” sitting on your Q1 plan until approximately never.
What if we created the strategy straight up, then build the system that will pre prepare the marketing weekly and you just have to approve and post? Imagine getting to Q3 and your marketing system already knows what we’re trying to achieve, has prepared the pitch and comes to you with:
“This real estate agent fits the partnership criteria we set. I’ve drafted the email. Want to review it before it goes?”
YES. THAT.
If we decide you need a pricing calculator? Cool. Let’s build one around your actual services, margins and brand. we make sure it includes everything you consider when coming up with your numbers. I’ve helped designers build residential calculators, commercial pricing calculators, calculators for heritage listed niches and every type of nuance. Once you know how to do this you can iterate and tweak it yourself as you go, until it’s fire.
We realise the offer you’ve been selling makes no bloody sense and there’s a much better service sitting underneath it?
Let’s work it out.
Then build the landing page (well, watch robots build it)
Need better habits or routines inside the studio?
Let’s decide what would actually help first.
Then build those too.
Bring me the thing you’ve been saying:
“God, I wish I had…”
And we’ll work out whether AI can help us make it.
(Spoiler: It can.)
This is the combination I’ve been circling for ages without quite naming it. Me in your corner for the business decisions. AI helping us actually execute or automate them.
Ooooooh.
Yep.
The way you will only need the one plan mapped by month to really nail next year is so exciting to me.
SIX SPOTS. THAT’S IT.
I’m thinking six established interior designers, Starting late October or first week November, We’ll break over Christmas and head into January together with a very clear plan for 2027 and, importantly, some of the infrastructure already built to support it.
It’ll be small-group.
Very bespoke, grassroots energy
No enormous pre-recorded curriculum.
No 50-slide presentation while you dutifully take notes about another 14 things you should apparently add to your workload.
Absolutely not.
I’ll shape it around the six actual businesses in the room, like I do in studio CEO and we’ll start with the audit, work out what you each actually need, and I’ll build the rest around that.
Which is also why I’m telling you about it now.
Before I’ve named it, or built a sales page. (Which honestly is not what this is, it probably won’t ever get one)
I want to avoid disappearing into a school-holiday hyperfocus hole and emerged three weeks later with a student portal, seventeen automations and a 100+ page PDF nobody requested.
This feels like growth. Market validation first 😜
I want to find the six people first that way I’ll already have a sense of what will move the needle for them next year before we even start.
So, if you’re an established interior designer and something in you is already thinking:
Oh shit. I want my business properly sorted for 2027
