β¨ Today we covered:

Stop scrolling for inspiration: Jordan showed us Sort Feed, a tool that pulls any account's recent posts and sorts them by comments or by outlier score. An outlier score tells you how much better a post did than that account's average... one of the examples did 172 times better. You can transcribe or download any Reel straight from it, and it will show you similar accounts to follow.
Β
β
Build your inspiration list: Five to ten accounts in a Google Doc. They do not have to be Realtors. Jordan pulls from people completely outside her industry, sometimes people she disagrees with, because that is when her best content shows up.
Β
β
Sort by comments, not by views: Viral does not mean clients. If you are running ManyChat, the posts with the most comments are the ones worth studying, because that is the behavior you actually want.
Β
β
Record it once, then let it run weekly: Jordan recorded her own clicks as a skill, then scheduled it to run every Monday at 3am. It goes through her list, finds every post over 100 comments from the past week, and hands her the links, likes, and dates. No more "I don't know what to post."

AI video editing is real now: Using the Remotion plugin, which is free, she gave it one example video and one short prompt... match this font, add a GIF or two for emphasis, include the hook and captions. It came back edited. First take. She has a full series where she drops in the clips and says go be great, then goes to sleep.
Β
β
Build a skill per video type: Talking head, B-roll, series. Tell it your exact font, sizing, where text sits above and below your head, where a GIF can go so it does not cover your captions. Then it follows that skill every time without you prompting.

My interview system, and why I am doing it: I ask AI to give me 10 interview questions... favorite Seller success story, favorite Buyer, a time a client almost backed out. Then I record myself answering. I am not good with a teleprompter, so I just talk. Three interview days since May have given me over 100 videos. They are already bringing clients into my DMs, because people are hearing me instead of watching another B-roll Reel.

The one thing to fix if you copy my setup: Jordan's note was to stop and restart between each question instead of recording one long file. Short clips per question, not a 30-minute video you have to chop later.
