So… it’s officially October. 🍂

We were talking with some friends the other day about our favorite things about fall... changing leaves, cozy sweaters, football, pumpkin spice lattes (obviously)

You know, all the things that make us actually like the fact that summer is over

Somehow, as conversations tend to do, we ended up talking about work.

One of our friends mentioned that they’ve been thinking about selling their house next spring.

“But we’re not ready yet,” they said.

And that got us thinking…
